Computer graphics are that type of graphics that we create using computers or how to represent image data using computers. We can define computer graphics in formal way, so according to formal definition computer graphics is manipulation, creation and storage of geometric objects.

We use computer graphics in every field. For data visualization allot of tools have been developed. When video games launch then computer graphics got popularity. Some common applications areas are in computer graphics:

• Presentation graphics
• Computer aided design
• Training and education

• Used in design of aircraft, automobiles, buildings and other products
• For virtual reality

• Commonly used for statistical and financial data
• We can prepare slides
• 3D ANIMATION:
• Used in movie industry such as Pixar
• Used in videos games

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

• Visualization
• Scanning
• Stimulators

GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACES:

• GUI is use to make interfaces for example icons, buttons etc
